General training objectives

To be able to write, develop, and sign projects in the field of the telecommunication engineering aiming at, according to the acquired knowledge established in the particular competences of each module, designing and developing or exploiting networks, services and telecommunication and electronic applications.
To know, comprehend and be able to apply the necessary legislation during the development of the occupation of Technical Engineering of Telecommunication and easiness to handle specifications, regulations, and norms forced compliance.
To know the basic and technological subjects which will enable students to learn new methods and technologies, as well as providing graduates with the abilities to improve their versatility to respond to new situations.
To be determined, make decisions, be creative, take decisions and communicate them, have abilities and skills, be ethical and professional in the working activity of Technical Engineering of Telecommunication.
To learn how to measure, calculate, valuations, appraisals, write specialist’s report, studies, reports, task planning and other works in the field of Telecommunications.
To know the specifications, regulations, and mandatory-fulfilment norms.
To be able to analyse and evaluate the social and environmental impact of the technical solutions.

To know and apply basic elements of economy and management of human resources, organization and planning of projects, as well as, legislation, regulation and standardization of telecommunications.
To be able to work in a multidisciplinary group and in a multilingual environment, and to communicate, both written and orally, knowledge, procedures, results and ideas related to telecommunications and electronics.
